A good engagement activity "PEN ACTIVITY" with thread. Its very curious and needs more concentration for doing this and requires patience and teamwork. It created a sense of teamwork while performing this activity. They initially felt like its easy, but later they understood its not easy without a collaborative teamwork. Finally they succeeded and understood the importance of teamwork more in real life to solve problems.
Most of the students are enthusiastic in participating in activities. Actually some activities align with their learnings. Especially most of them are not good fit working as teams. They need individual. Its good to be individual, but when we work with other people, teamwork plays a major role.
Employee Training Engagement with the IT employees. We have done a great trainings to them on how to handle projects and clients and complete them within TAT. Initially they felt little shy, but once when ignited the spark everyone started sharing their ideas and presenting well to the team where you can see it.
